I guess I have a short-term memory, because I keep buying them. I just arm myself with plenty of band aids, blister block (preventative care!) and heel pads.

I've started buying shoes at Old Navy more. The price is unbeatable and the shoes are adorable. These come in a variety of patterns and colors - all under $10!

I love Sam Edelman flats. (Minimal bloodshed people!) They're on the pricey side, but you can always find deals because they're sold all over the place and never at the same price.

I am liking metallics for summer - it's a switch from the basic black. I have a love affair with Calvin Klein shoes in general - ever since the wine-colored mary janes last fall to the Parma now. Swoon!

I have a similar problem with flats...I love to wear them to work, but they really tear up my feet until they are broken in. What's that about?

You're so right about flats killing your heels. I have a fab pair of basic black flats that I wear to work almost everyday because they're comfy and I'm lazy and trying not to spend all my money and shoes. Anyway, they are a little rough looking cause I wear them all the time but the thought of getting new flats is painful.
I love flats, but they're so hard for me to wear because my pants are all so long!! But I wear them nonetheless, and they are definitely some of my favorite pairs of shoes.
I have some super great amazing Michael Kors flats. They are so comfy and have like treads on the bottom. They are my favorite!
Those are all beautiful! I especially love the Merona ones.
I love the silver flats with the cut-outs; I'm going to have to look for them the next time I'm at Target!
Admittedly, I am not a huge fan of flats... you do have a lot of cute colors here though!
