My car was hit by another car in broad daylight, and now the other driver is refusing to admit that it was his fault, which also means that his insurance is not paying all of my medical bills that resulted from the accident. His version of the accident is totally different from what really happened. I am hoping that accident lawyers don’t charge too much in fees because I really need some help proving my case and getting my medical bills covered.
